Western Rock LLC, founded in 1999 by two families in Waller, TX, has grown from a small shed on raw land to a four-acre retail and wholesale landscape supply facility off Highway 290 and a 75-acre operational dirt pit, with material recycling yard.  Western Rock LLC is well established in the local community and in the surrounding areas with an excellent standard of service and dedication to customers. We have long been faithful supporters of our community and our youth since our inception. 

  There are three parts that describe Western Rock LLC. The first is retail material sales. The second is wholesale bulk aggregate, Dirt sales and recycled material production at Prairie View 75-acre pit location. The third is the Construction application of our in-house and outsourced materials.

  The first part offices (all 3 parts of business) on HWY 290 manage the retail and wholesale of the rock yard, offering, mulch, compost, gravel, sand, road base, palletized rock along with expert advice in wholesale and retail applications. We Buy, sell, and deliver the materials that are sold. We also provide residential and commercial customers loading on site.

  The second part is the underpinning and the original idea of the retail Rock yard that stems from a construction background with a 75-acre active dirt pit for commercial and residential materials.  This acts as the hub and the center of most of the retail material and construction source material for our Construction Services.   This 75-acre Pit located in Prairie View Texas ties Western Rock together.  There are two full-time Pit operators at this site, this part of the business works in conjunction with the rock yard with overflow and bulk materials to keep a constant supply for 290 yard, but just as important also houses rock, dirt, recycled material, crushing and screening capabilities that produces not only recycle materials, but produces our own sand, topsoil and select fill materials from this site as well as brokering and enhancing materials for sale to bulk buyers.

  The third part of Western Rock LLC is the construction side, it provides services for commercials, county, city, ranch, and small residential applications.

We work as subcontractors in the commercial construction area as well, which is about 50% of our clientele.  We provide services for contractors in Houston and surrounding rural areas. These services include concrete installation, asphalt paving, dirt and pond work. We also have clearing services for large and small land applications, furthermore, we are able to recycle these wood materials as well. We also do contract work for private golf courses.  As noted, many of the materials that we produce are from our 75-acre active pit that we also install on these projects.  This enhances our service times and fine tunes our service capabilities in the construction area since we have our own Trucking and materials. Some of these materials are as follows: recycled concrete, rip rap, gravel, flex base material, final grade material, sand, topsoil, loam arena dirt and select fill clay.
